Duro System is produts’ brand including:
– multilayer PE-Xb/Al/PE-Xb pipes also pre-insulated pipes,
– pressed fittings,

– tools for assembling the system’s elements,
– floor control devices in wireless and cable technology.

Multilayer PE-Xb/Al/PE-Xb pipes characteristics:
– highest level of multilayer pipes cross-linking (PE-Xb – min. 70% cross-linked),
– Tworking=95°C, Tmax.peak=110°C, Pworking=10bar,
– butt-welded aluminium layer,
– pipes with no insulation available in diameters: 16×2, 20×2, 25×2,5, 26×3, 32×3, 40×3,5,
– certified by AENOR Institute in Spain,
– 15 years guarantee.

Press fittings characteristics:
– European brass with increased mechanical and corrosion resistance,
– double cross-linked EPDM o-rings which guarantees overheat resistance up to 150°C, resistance for ageing and cracking,
– multi-profile fitting suitable for H, U, TH jaws,
– fitting’s sleeves are made of acid resistance AISI304 steel, resistant for caustic agents of cements,
– all fitting’s materials are allowed to contact with water destined for human consumption.

Compression fittings are destined to join multilayer pipes in water and heating systems. Double cross-linked EPDM o-rings guarantee overheat resistance up to 150°C, resistance for ageing and cracking. All fitting’s materials are allowed to contact with water destined for human consumption.

Mainfolds characteristics:
– made of acid resistance 304/1.4301 steel, 1,6 mm wall thickness, tested for watertightness with 8 bars,
– flow indicators made by Swiss company TACONOVA,
– rubber suppressive insert on the holders,
– regulatory valves made by Jurgen Schlosser Armaturen GmbH,
– metal, rotary drain valves.

Pumping systems characteristics:
– reliable attached thermostat,
– high quality electronic CIRCULA HELIO or WILO pump ,
– thermostatic mixing valve made by Swedish company ESBE,
– powering and returning connections are located at the bottom – such solution saves space.

Cabinets for mainfolds characteristics:
– adjustable height (over plaster cabinets) and adjustable depth (under plaster cabinets),
– removable enamelled door,- overcut lock,
– made of galvanized steel sheet metal, door and frame enamelled with white powder varnish (RAL 9010),
– individual packaging – carton box.

Duro System products fulfil all hygienic requirements confirmed by Hygienic Certificates obtained for particular products’ groups.
